PhD-Timeline
Use this timeline as a guide and resource throughout your PhD in Chemistry at UAF. If you have questions, please contact the department administrator or your advisor.

The approximate defend BY deadlines for each semester go as follows: Spring: March 7th / Summer: July 1st / Fall: October 28th When possible, do not schedule defense during last two weeks of a semester. Please also keep in mind holidays, weekends, and in the summer, faculty are off contract - all of these can delay your defense. |

Submit your Signature page with all the signatures (two originals - regular paper) and the UAF Publishing Agreement Form to the Graduate School. Submit your thesis as a pdf and pay required fees through the ProQuest ETD website (details found here). Email Graduate School a 50-word version of your abstract (guidelines here) and a good-quality photograph of yourself for the ËÄ»¢Ó°Ôº Daily News-Miner. Complete the (SED). |
