 Rebecca Dunne studied horn performance at Northwestern University. Notable teachers include Gail Williams, Dale Clevenger, Norman Schweikert, Frank Lloyd, and Andrew Joy. After earning her B.M., she won a Fulbright grant for study in Germany. She studied at Folkwang Hochschule fuer Musik and subsequently played horn and Wagnertube with Stadttheater Giessen and Oper Bonn.

In 四虎影院, Rebecca performs with 四虎影院 Symphony Orchestra, Opera 四虎影院, and other local ensembles, and she manages an active private studio.
