Group rentals

Want to spice up your next group event? Need a place to host a birthday party? Take them climbing!
During the winter, energize your event at our Outdoor Ice Tower. Our Indoor Climbing Wall is available for rent all year long.
For the ice tower please keep in mind that it generally takes 20-30 minutes for beginners to get all geared up. We recommend at least 1.5 hours for your rental.
If you're interested in adding a certification class to your indoor climbing wall rental then we recommend at least 2 hours for your rental. If your group just wants to climb then 1 - 1.5 hours is a good amount of time.
Staff, gear and SRC entrance is included with your rental.
Nanook Recreation provides both instructional and non-instructional programming for these events, and we are happy to work with you to schedule just what you are looking for!

Refund Policy
Payment in full is required upon scheduling an indoor or outdoor climbing wall rental, or an ice tower rental. A 100% refund is available if you notify the Outdoor Adventures office of the cancellation more than two weeks (14 days) before the rental. Cancellation one week to 3 days (13 to 3 days) before the rental entitles the participant the a 50% refund. No refund is provided if the participants do not show up or cancel 2 days prior to the rental.
