Requests for Statements of Interest from Alaska CESU Partners

Statements of Interest are due no later than 12:00 PM Central Time on September 10, 2026. Questions or requests for clarification are due no later than COB on August 21, 2026.
NOTE: Applicants selected to submit a full proposal should be prepared for a short turnaround time, which may be limited to five (5) business days.
To be considered for an award, the intended Recipient AND intended Subrecipients and Recipient-Contracted vendors must have an active NIST SP 800-171 Assessment. See the NIST Requirement Notice Attachment for details.
The established CESU indirect cost rate is 17.5%. For any Cooperative Agreement entered into in response to this RSOI, a maximum 17.5% indirect cost rate will be paid on work covered by the agreement or any modifications thereto.
